Opening Hours

Until further notice, all GP appointments will initially be via telephone.

  • Should the GP need to call you in for a face to face appointment, you will be advised. 

Eccles Sugery will only be used for certain nurse, HCA and physio appointments.

  • There will be no GP appointments at Eccles Surgery.
  • No medicaiton or letters will be available for collection at Eccles Surgery and must be collected from Burham Surgery.
  • In light of the current circumstances all Practice operations my change at short notice.

Dispensary (Burham) Opening Times

Following a pilot, our dispensary opening times will now be as follows with effect from Monday 17th May

Tuesday 8.45am - 12.00pm 2.00pm - 6.15pm
Wednesday 8.45am - 12.00pm  2.00pm - 6.15pm 
Thursday 8.45am - 12.00pm 2.00pm - 4,45pm
Friday 8.45am - 12.00pm 2.00pm - 6.15pm
Weekend CLOSED CLOSED

To maintain our 4 working day turnaround, our dispensary will only be taking phone calls

  • 2:00pm to 4:00pm - Monday to Friday.
  • Our actual opening hours remain the same as above

If you are calling to check if your medication is ready to collect, please note you will receive a text message (assuming we have your mobile number) once this is ready for you. However please do get in contact if it is beyond 4 working days since you sent in your request.
