Practice Closure
Phoenix Medical Practice will be closed from 12:30 pm on Tuesday 15 September for essential staff training.
The practice will reopen as usual on Wednesday 16 September.
If you become acutely unwell while the practice is closed:
- Visit NHS 111 online or telephone 111 for urgent medical advice and support.
- For a serious or life-threatening emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
Please ensure that any routine requests, including repeat prescription requests, are submitted in advance where possible.
