Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

On behalf of the Phoenix Medical Practice, we are deeply saddened by the death of Queen Elizabeth II and offer our sincere condolences to the Royal family.

We would like to express our gratitude for her tireless efforts over decades of public service and for all she has given to communities across our country and the rest of the world.

With the announcement of Monday 19th September now being a Bank Holiday, our surgeries will be closed to allow our staff to pay their respects.
