Phoenix Medical Practice serves the villages of Burham, Eccles and Wouldham. The main practice is situated at Burham with a branch surgery at Eccles.
Our team include three GPs, two practice nurses, a phlebotomist, health visitor, midwife as well as our practice manager and admin staff.
At the Phoenix Medical Practice we aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence.
If you live in our practice area (Burham, Eccles, Wouldham, Blue Bell Hill) and would like to register with us, please complete
one of our registration forms that are available from all of our reception desks. On the form you will be able to say which
practitioner you would prefer to see. However, you will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP.
